Awful company. They are fast taking your and slow on delivery. Took 3 weeks to ship skis from MA to CO. Promised a 5 day turnaround. No customer support at all.
Promised to deliver skis in 4-5 day. Took 15 days.
Had to rent skis for over 1000.00.
No refund or accountability. DO NOT USE!!

Lugless is one of the worst shipping options I've used. At every step of the way, they kept upselling me on services.
I purchased the most expensive package because their rep convinced me that it comes with better customer support and higher coverage.
My luggage was late in arriving, to begin with. When it did finally arrive, it was damaged beyond repair. There was industrial oil all over the suitcase and was broken in several places. The oil had seeped into the suitcase and damaged clothing as well.
When I opened a claim, lugless tried stonewalling with delayed responses and phone numbers that wouldn't be answered.
Then they asked for pictures several times.
At the end, they denied the claim on frivolous, made-up grounds.
I'm not dropping the matter here but wanted other customers to be aware of this unscrupulous, disrespectful company.

TOTAL SCAM - lost our luggage & won’t refund
Title says it all. Total scammers. They lost our luggage for a wedding, wont refund us, and specifically wont help us get it back.

Lugless customer service is not helpful at all, total waste of time
My package was lost and UPS acknowledged that.
The only thing Lugless needed to do was to file a claim with UPS but they refused to do anything.
Moreover, they will keep charging you in different names afterwards.
I have to call my bank to blacklist Lugless but even that did not stop them from sending you new bills.

To find out about pickup
I have scheduled pick up, but there was no proper communication and I was waiting for pick up but no one came to pick up my bags. I ended up by dropping off by myself
File a claim
All the five boxes were damaged when I received it and the stuffs inside the boxes too. I would like to file a claim for my delivery.
LugLess is unfair
I used service from this company to create shipping labels from Fedex to ship my luggage to Pittsburgh. The luggage was lost in transit and finally delivered after 40 days with many items missing and damaged.
I filed a claim with Fedex for the missing items and they approved a claim of $120.21. Fedex however sent this amount to LugLess.
LugLess is now refusing to send me the amount sent by Fedex for my damages stating that it's not their policy to do so. Using this service has led to over a month of harassment and loss of property.

Pathetic handling of luggage
I shipped 4 bags to New York from Buffalo. Out of 4 bags, 2 got damaged severely.
Upon contacting lugless, they absolved themselves of any responsibility saying I should've opted for higher coverage plan!
In short, if you don't opt of higher coverage, Lugless will not give a damn about your luggage! Avoid at all costs!!!
