I would give them -10 stars.

I booked the Premium Lugless Service that included FedEx Ground door to door services and it turned into a complete nightmare.

Pickup chaos: My pickup was scheduled for July 29 (8 XL boxes + 4 suitcases). FedEx repeatedly failed to show up, giving me excuse after excuse about a missing apartment number on the label.

Every day I was promised priority pickup and every day I was let down. At one point they even sent a FedEx Express driver who only handles envelopes.

Rude & unprofessional staff: When a FedEx Ground driver finally came, she mocked me on her AirPods (picking up boxes at some stupid persons apt), refused to use her dolly, demanded I carry everything outside to her(who was standing at the door), when I asked for some time till my husband came up she slammed the door in my face and left without taking my boxes. Absolutely unacceptable.

Forced to DIY: With my lease ending, I had no choice but to rent a U-Haul and personally haul everything to a FedEx office despite paying for a premium door-to-door service.

Damaged & missing items: When my boxes arrived, several were torn, taped back together, or replaced with unrecognizable boxes. Fragile items were broken, and I lost expensive clothes and bags.

This was the worst moving/shipping experience of my life.

Lugless and FedEx Ground caused unnecessary stress, financial loss, and emotional strain. Save your money and avoid them at all costs

Shipping in advance to residential

I don't have any resolution. I don't have any contact to speak to a real person.

Federal Express quotes me higher prices than the airport. Nothing has been resolved or initiated.

I would like to speak to a live person before I submit any payment to secure my deliveries. I'm still interested if the prices are truly lower.

This is the worst experience I've ever had. I lost my bag, and they are not even responding properly. But not only me; one of my friends also lost her bag with luggage, and they are tied up with FedEx, which is the worst!

I requested two checkin bags from Chicago to North Carolina. They connected it to FedEx and the FedEx says they only picked up one bag.

The other bag is lost. They took it but they didn't scan it, which says that they cannot track it anymore. Iam a usa visitor for the first time and they ruined my experience. Lost all my essentials.

Worst service. No response with lot of calls.

I filled out my claim, sent a copy of the receipt, and pictures of my luggage, and no one has sent me money back. I don't have luggage, and I'm planning to go on a trip within the next couple of weeks, and I have no luggage.

Issue with labels

Your phone number put me through to FedEx and they had no information about my lugoess order. I just need to print the labels and put them in the bag so my daughter can apply them and have her bags shipped back.

Didn’t get the refund for shipping charges costed additional

This is the worst company I have ever seen. I don't have an account number with them.

The only thing you provided is a FedEx number, and they are not picking up my package.

You charged me an additional $12 for door pickup. I need my refund of $12 because I already shipped the package to a nearby FedEx facility.

Lugless ignored my complaints and refused to even entertain discussing the delay of 12 days for my shipment and the destruction of the suitcase and many of the contents.

I recently used Lugless for the first time to ship 3 suitcases from MD to NY. First, my 3 suitcases were misplaced, instead of Lugless trying to locate them they were unresponsive to my concerns and just fobbed me off to UPS (their partner).
Second, it took 10 days of calling daily in search of my suitcases before they were delivered (for what was supposed to be next day delivery).
Third, one of my suitcases was delivered, damaged beyond repair and Lugless refused to replace it.

UPS claims Lugless did not follow its rules and they should be responsible.

Lugless is a horrible company all-around with an appalling customer service ethos. Stay away from them.
