Pathetic handling of luggage
I shipped 4 bags to New York from Buffalo. Out of 4 bags, 2 got damaged severely.
Upon contacting lugless, they absolved themselves of any responsibility saying I should've opted for higher coverage plan!
In short, if you don't opt of higher coverage, Lugless will not give a damn about your luggage! Avoid at all costs!!!

I paid $67 to have my luggage shipped because I am disabled. I leave Tuesday and my luggage has still not arrived.
I had to buy clothes for a wedding I flew in for. You guaranteed 4 days. It will be 8.
Ridiculous, and I want my money back. Mostly, I want my damn luggage.

I have been charged way extra than i received an invoice of! Can you provide me the invoice of the charges charged on my card. It is urgent and of a very high priority
